Additional 14-day commercial guarantee

After successful, accessible email delivery, you may request a full refund for any reason within 14 calendar days, counted from the day after that delivery. Failure to deliver, or an attachment you cannot access, does not start the period. Downloading, opening or using the files does not remove the commercial guarantee.

How to request and receive a refund

The refund covers the full amount paid to the seller for the cancelled order. We use the original payment method where possible; an alternative requires your agreement. Bank or provider credit timing is not known and is not represented as a fixed number of days.

Your statutory rights remain available

The commercial guarantee is not a claim that all US online purchases have a statutory cooling-off period. State consumer remedies and applicable privacy rights remain available.

The commercial guarantee adds to applicable law. It does not replace longer cancellation periods, remedies for non-delivery, faults, misleading descriptions or other mandatory rights, or a legally required shorter refund-processing deadline.

Delivery rule for this country

Manual email delivery within 2 business days after payment confirmation and receipt of minimum delivery details, unless a different date is expressly agreed before purchase. Confirm the exact date before paying. This is the commercial commitment, not a measured delivery speed.

The 14-day guarantee after delivery is a commercial decision for this offer, not a universal local cooling-off law.
